Messy Church (Whiting Bay)

Messy Church is just another way of doing church for families, taking place on a weekday after school. In Whiting Bay for example, the children come straight from school to the church where they have juice and a biscuit before playing some board games. When everyone has arrived, there is a bible story often interactive, and then a children’s worship song. We sometimes use the puppets which the children always love. Half the children then go on to play some running about games while the other half begin various crafts based on the bible story theme.
