Mary’s Meals

Mary’s Meals | a simple solution to world hunger

Over many years the Isle of Arran has supported Mary’s Meals in a variety of ways with many events hosted using our church premises.

Mary’s Meals
’ vision is that every child receives one daily meal in their place of education and that all those who have more than they need, share with those who lack even the most basic things.

This grassroots charity was founded by Magnus MacFarlane-Barrow and started feeding just 200 children in Malawi in 2002. Mary’s Meals currently feeds 2, 429,182 hungry children every school day across 17 countries.

Mary's Meals
is a series of lots of little acts of love. If you put all those acts of sacrifice together, it creates a beautiful thing.

Our Local Community Volunteer for the Isle of Arran is Alison Page - Tel: 600963
